FPR Group's Care Division is rapidly expanding and as a result we are looking to recruit a Health & Social Care Consultant to work in our Chichester office.

FPR Group's Health & Social Care Division is a leading provider of specialist recruitment services in the South East of England, supplying staff resources to Children's' Residential Homes, Learning Disabilities services, Mental Health services, Childcare and Elderly Care services. You will trained in all the aspects of recruitment including: •Delivering temporary recruitment services to existing clients •How to ensure candidate and service level compliance •Administrative Support •Interviewing and screening candidates •Visiting new and existing clients •Developing new business The right candidate will have a "can do" attitude be driven and motivated, have strong organizational skills, have excellent inter personnel skills. Knowledge or background in the Social Care sector is advantageous but NOT essential.

Due to the nature of temporary Care work there is an out of hour's phone rota that includes weekends.
