We are seeking experienced professionals who have worked previously within a Contact Centre or Call Centre environment, handling volume incoming calls with some outbound calling, to work for our well established client in the Chichester area.

You will have excellent communication skills, handling incoming calls with some outbound calls, processing requirements & releasing of information, cross-selling & up-selling company products, working towards KPI's, whilst maintaining accurate databases for their corporate clients, including attending team meetings.  

The successful applicant will be able to work in a fast paced working environment, working to deadlines, have a continuous improvement approach to work,  whilst still maintaining a professional, sympathetic  approach to your clients and have good computer skills including MS Office.

Own transport would be advisable due to the location of our client.

We are offering a competitive salary of £16k plus bonus, working 40 hours a week between 8 am and 8 pm on a rota basis Monday to Friday, with an occasional Sat., ie 1 every 6 weeks.
