As part of the Motor Circuit team, you’ll play a key role in planning and delivering a wide range of events, from corporate experiences and Sporting Membership days to third-party bookings. You’ll be responsible for managing the full customer journey, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard and that every guest leaves with unforgettable memories.

What you’ll be doing:

• Planning and delivering Motor Circuit events with precision and flair
• Managing operational and logistical elements of your assigned events
• Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Coordinating with instructors, vehicles, and course teams to ensure readiness
• Supporting business planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Maintaining accurate event schedules and financial forecasts
• Gathering and analysing post-event feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborating with fellow planners and track officials to foster a ‘one-team’ culture
• Flexibly supporting headline events and adapting to early starts, late finishes, and weekend work
