We are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to join our Human Resources team. The L&D manager will report directly to the HR Director and will be responsible for delivery of the Company Talent Strategy, creating a culture of learning that will develop a high performing and engaged workforce.

This is a home-based role with National travel as required to fulfil the requirements of the role.

This position is on a Full-Time basis working Monday to Friday.

The new role holder will be responsible for: 

  • Driving a Culture of High Performance & Development
  • Delivering the Development Succession Planning (DSP) Process
  • Developing High Performing Leaders
  • Designing & Delivering Training & Development Programmes
  • Optimizing Learning Systems & Platforms
  • Analysis & Evaluation of Data
  • Collaborates / Stakeholder Management
  • Embedding a Culture of Continuous Learning & Improvement

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate and use empathy at a Senior level to influence, inspire and motivate teams, someone who promotes our culture of inclusivity, diversity and understanding. The right candidate will have proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar, they will also have a BSc/BA degree in Business, Psychology or a related field or be Level 5 CIPD Qualified or equivalent in L&D. They will be passionate about helping people learn and growŁ« and will possess excellent communication skills as well as strong presentation and analytical skills.

Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods and experience of using/implementing performance and talent systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be beneficial.
