Dispensing Manager

£ 21,283.84 per annum
Full Time  - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

We are currently recruiting for a Dispensing Manager to join our Keighley team to provide localised management in coordinating the preparation and dispatch of client orders. In this role, you will enjoy working logistically, in a bustling environment; with the support of a close-knit team environment.

This position is on a Full-Time basis working Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 17:00pm.

The new role holder will be responsible for: 

  • Providing general operational and people management to the Care Centre
  • Leading, motivating and engaging a small team to achieve KPIs.
  • Management of hand delivery driver, reviewing telematics data & route management to achieve KPIs.
  • Light warehouse duties - including picking, packing, checking client orders and preparing them for dispatch.
  • All aspects of stock management and replenishment
  • Hand-customisation of client orders.
  • Continuous Improvement experience and understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles desirable.
  • Communication with internal departments, as well as reporting and analysis of the operations function.

We are looking for individuals who have strong experience working in a high-volume distribution, dispensing, supply chain, or retail background. You will be an engaging and proactive leader with people management experience, with meticulous qualities of striving for accuracy and resolution; taking pride in all work completed. High computer literacy is essential.
