An opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join an established and growing business based in Pembury on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Reporting to the Operations Director, this is a new and visible role within the business leading a small finance team where you will take ownership of the finance department in a hands-on role. About You

• Possibly AAT qualified although not essential. Study support may be given if required
• An experienced Finance Manager able to work confidently within minimal supervision
• Demonstrate a curiosity to think outside the box introducing new processes where required
• Experience of Sage would be advantageous with good all-round system skills
• First class communication skills and enjoy working in a relaxed but driven environment
