Flourishing, entrepreneurial business based in Chichester is currently seeking an experienced finance professional to join their organisation as a Finance Manager. Several impressive years of growth and expansion means that this individual will be joining at a very exciting time and will play a lead role in the organisation's continued success. This individual will report directly into a qualified Finance Director as part of a small finance team of 2 individuals. Due to the company's growth and upcoming business plans, it's likely that this finance team will expand.

Overview of duties:

• Maintaining purchase and sales ledger
• Bank reconciliations
• Company payments and multi-currency transactions
• Preparing monthly management accounts and analysis
• Assistance with group level forecasting and budgeting
• VAT returns
• Monthly payroll (in-house)
• Assistance with company HR administration
• Dealing with finance related queries
• Assisting the Finance Director with ad hoc finance tasks
