Payroll Clerk

Bunn Leisure is an award winning Holiday Park in Selsey, West Sussex. We are looking to recruit a payroll administrator on a part time basis.

As the payroll administrator you would be responsible for the administration and implementation of weekly and seasonal payrolls across a variety of jobs and shift patterns.

Ad hoc duties to support the department/business

Contribute and play an active part in the overall work and development of the finance department.

Ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures. 

Provide information and assistance to both internal and external auditors. 

To undertake any other duties that may be reasonably requested by the Financial Controller, Management Accountant or Directors.

This position involves data entry and therefore previous payroll experience is not essential you must however have a high attention to detail be meticulous and methodical in your approach as accuracy is key to this role along with the ability to work under pressure are essential as is being able to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.

Good working knowledge of Pegasus Opera 3 or similar accounting package an advantage.

Very good knowledge and experience with MS Excel & MS word.

Must be well organised and hardworking

Must have excellent communication skills

This Position is 16.5 hours per week working Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.
