We are looking for a Team Leader to work in our Hub and Hostel in Chichester.

You will have strength in leadership and managing challenging situations. The role also includes supervising and providing ongoing training and support for Hostel Staff and working closely with other project teams to share best practice and supporting the areas of 'Health, Housing and Work' for homeless and rough sleeper clients.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate appropriate knowledge and experience of supporting clients, some with mental ill health and substance misuse issues, to move into and maintain independent living.

It is essential that you will have a non-judgmental and enabling approach to supporting single homeless and vulnerable adults and have experience and knowledge of Health Housing and Work issues facing service users who are in recovery.
