An Operations Manager is required to manage the Warehouse and Logistic operations for the company to retail outlets.

Duties of the Warehouse and Logistics Manager:

• Day to day management of the warehouse and warehouse team
• Maintaining high levels of productivity, staff rota, motivating and developing the team, appraisal team, recruitment training
• Management of stock, storage and distribution of retail stock
• Organise and manage collections and delivery
• Monitor planning of drivers and vehicles, ensuring vehicles taxed, insured and serviced appropriately
• Ensure work within budgets for staffing
• Manage Health and Safety policies including checks
• Manage receipts into the warehouse and inventory

Skills / Experience:

• Previous distribution, including logistics, driver's rotas
• Man management experience
• Previous warehouse, stock, inventory experience
• Flexible approach to working hours and Saturdays on rota
• Able to lift items of various sizes and weights
