A rapidly growing fast paced web consultancy are seeking an Office Manager to coordinate and manage the day to day running of the office, including managing the financial accounts, HR, PA to the management team and assisting with the coordination and organisation of Conferences & Events.

Experience and Skills of the Office Manager

  • 2 - 3 years relevant financial accounting, bookkeeping and office administration experience.
  • Good education, well spoken, professional telephone manner and good customer focused skills
  • Microsoft Office and experience of using Xero or similar accounting software packages.

Ideally with a background in office administration and accounting you will provide support to the expanding team. The work will be varied, as the office grows, you'll be involved with recruitment and HR, financial accounting, providing PA support to a management team of 3, you'll be involved in organising conferences and events as well as providing facilities and support to the office.

Salary £20-25k plus benefits private medical cover, flexible working arrangements, 20 days holidays plus Bank Holidays and the offices will close over the Christmas period with onsite parking or a short walk from the mainline station.
