Will involve dealing with extremely varied enquiries from a range of client companies and individuals, providing first class service and solutions at all times. This is an extremely varied position, with plenty of administrative tasks in addition to telephone based work.

In order to be considered for this challenging, fun role candidates must have a professional persona and proven Customer Service experience gained either face to face - for example in a bank or building society, or on the telephone in a call centre environment preferably financial services or insurance based.
