Due to expansion we are seeking drivers to join our team.

We currently require a delivery driver for a 7.5t lorry for local deliveries of dairy produce throughout East and West Sussex from our depot in Littlehampton. Each route is responsible for loading their vehicle daily and making between 30-40 daily deliveries of milk and bread to our regular customers.

You will need to be able to drive  a 7.5t vehicle and if you have done your cpc training but are required to be over the age of 25 for insurance purposes

You don't need to have done your cpc training, and for the right applicant training may be provided to obtain an hgv licence during employment.

You will need to be hard working and reliable with delivery experience preferred. A polite manner when dealing with customers is an advantage.

You would be delivering a variety of dairy items to commercial businesses and nursing homes in the area. Set routes are in place and full on the job training will be given.

An early start is required (approx. 3am) and working to finish approx. 8/9 hour day 6 days per week Monday to Saturday.

You will then be working on a rota system that offers 10.6 weeks holiday per year, you would work 4 weeks of 6 days per week and get the whole 5th week off (Mon-Sun) so this will include all holiday entitlement. If you require more time off you would simply swap one of your weeks off with your colleagues to get 2 weeks at a time.

We do operate on all bank holidays and most days over the Christmas period with the exception of Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years day.
