Pan 'artisan supply delicious dough & bread based products such as pizza bases, doughballs and a range of speciality breads to a variety of customers such as wholesalers and schools across the UK

Due to the expansion of our business we are looking for an additional member to join our hardworking and friendly Finance team based in Midhurst. Our offices are well connected to the local bus routes so commuting from Chichester, Bognor & the surrounding areas should not be a problem.

The role involves:

• Processing supplier invoices & delivery notes ready for authorisation
• Preparing weekly supplier payment schedule and associated banking transactions
• Account reconciliations
• Monthly VAT return
• Supplier spend analysis
• Cashflow supplier maintenance
• Petty cash reconciliation

Requirements:

• Organised and a proven background in working in a busy environment with tight deadlines
• Friendly and professional in approach
• Observing confidentiality at all times
• IT proficient full working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and accounts packages
• Numerate, efficient, demonstrate an understanding of the importance of attention to detail

The ideal candidate will be:

• Confident communicator both verbal and written: you will have a polite and approachable telephone and eMail manner
• Sage Accounts / Sage Payroll experience (preferable)
• Previous experience working in a Finance Department
• Able to work on own initiative (within role authority) and multi-task as required
• Ability to communicate at all levels and understand the importance of concise communication
• Team player and the willingness to get "stuck" in as and when required within the team
• Enthusiastic, good sense of humour and the love of pizza is a definite must !
