With the exciting growth that the Luxury Travel Group has experienced over the last few years (including now operating in offices around the world) the regulatory and compliance requirements of the business have grown exponentially. To meet the demands of these requirements a new role has been created to support the Group Head of Finance. The role will have responsibility for ensuring the Group complies with the various technical, regulatory and statutory accounting requirements across the Group companies. Role will then build a suitable controls framework for the size and complexity of the Group.

Main Responsibilities

Production of statutory accounts for all UK companies.
Manage the audit process for UK businesses.
Co-ordinate with local Financial Managers to ensure Group audit / year-end process complete.
Produce Tax Packs to help calculate UK Corporation Tax and prepare quarterly VAT returns.
Manage and co-ordinate the month end Balance Sheet reconciliation process across all Group companies to be presented for review.
Produce Bank Reconciliations for all Group bank accounts.
Produce annual regulatory reporting.
Other accounting and tax related work as necessary.
