The Administrative Assistant (Student Records and Modular) will work flexibly across the Academic Registry team, providing professional and administrative support for central administrative functions, whilst managing own workload and providing a high quality of service to students, staff and external agencies.
With attention to detail and strong administrative and organisation skills, the post holder will administer and maintain accurate modular and student records, from initial registration to final award, monitoring the completeness and accuracy of the data held in the student tracking system (SITS). The successful applicant will also assist with the provision and maintenance of the Academic Registry counter service, dealing with general counter enquiries, requiring good interpersonal skills to enable a service that is both sensitive and courteous to meet the needs of a diverse internal and external customer base.
Liaising with staff and students across the University and in partner organisations, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good IT skills, particularly in email, Word and Excel.
