As the Manager of Retail Operations, you will lead, inspire and develop the Retail team to deliver a world class shopping environment which exceeds our customers' needs and expectations. 

You will actively coach the team to present the product to our customer and utilise visual merchandising to maximise sales opportunities, with effective use of space and stock availability.

You will drive the Goodwood retail operations through the Estate's on-site retail outlets, and build an industry leading customer experience by bringing to life the Goodwood values.
  
During Events you will manage the planning and setup of all retail stores and pop ups.
 
By effectively Analysing business performance you will develop a strategy to maximise sales, control cost and ensure profitability targets are achieved.
 
Strong communication skills are essential to liaise and influence internal / external partners to drive success.

Qualities
·         Excellent customer service skills
·         Commercial approach, experienced in managing a large turnover
·         Retail experience to Manager level in a busy environment
·         Strong people management experience
·         Excellent visual merchandising skills
·         Good working knowledge of retail systems, Excel and Word
