Title: HR & Facilities Manager

Salary: £28,000

Our client is seeking an HR and Facilities Manager to manage all HR and office Administration functions in line with the Company's strategic goals and objectives.

Main Duties:

Provide support, update and implement all HR policies in line with legislation and company policies

Manage all HR processes including any disciplinaries, grievances and performance management issues

Deliver appropriate training courses

Manage the Performance Management Process throughout the year

Produce monthly reporting

Manage holiday and absence records

Company inductions

Maintain HR database and employee records

Key Office Management responsibilities

Support other areas of the business as required

Who we are looking for:

You must have strong interpersonal skills including excellent verbal and written communication. Influencing and negotiation skills are required. Knowledge of employment legislation and HR procedures and a recognised HR professional qualification are essential.

A positive, professional and confident attitude is a must.
