The objectives of the Centre is to provide meaningful day to day care to adults with learning disability with the emphasis on having a "work" oriented day producing goods for sale to the public. We offer horticultural work, both on and off site, woodwork and cookery.

We aim to allow our clients to achieve their full potential with help and encouragement towards a greater degree of independence as they are able to attain without removing the shield of care and support they will always require, especially when problems enter their lives.

We have a vacancy for a Supported Living Manager who will have overall responsibility for 16 staff to provide the necessary support required by adults with learning difficulties in 10 properties around Chichester.

Te role will be based on 40 hours per week which will be flexible and may involve some evenings and weekends.

A car and clean driving license are essential for this post.
