Who are Direct Life?
We are a dynamic, innovative and passionate Company, based in smart city centre offices in Chichester.  We provide a range of systems and services (Life Insurance and Protection Products) that enable consumer brands and intermediaries to market and transact protection insurance in the UK, both compliantly and profitably.  We offer loads of benefits and have fun whilst we work hard!  Additionally we provide extensive training and have plenty of development opportunities.

Our benefits include; Perkbox (discount portal and freebies), share of the bonus pot, birthday day off, life insurance, private medical insurance, contributory pension scheme, eye care scheme, employee assistance programme, social events and the opportunity to help with fundraising for our Company charity WAY (Widowed and Young).

Now a little about the role...
Your main responsibility would be to sell life insurance over the telephone to applicants who have already expressed an interest in life insurance & protection products, so there is no cold calling involved at all. Then you'll have to process the sale in a professional and accurate manner, maintain records and note the information on our system. The hours are 15 per week in total, Monday & Wednesday 9:30am to 2pm, Tuesday & Thursday 5pm to 8pm.

What does our ideal candidate look like?
You'll need to have tele-sales experience, be a great communicator, have fantastic customer service skills, as well as hardworking, enthusiastic, reliable and confident. An interest in the Financial Services Industry and some experience in this field would be a bonus but is not essential.

What to do next?
If you feel your are the right fit and have the required experience then we'd love to hear from you. Just apply for the role, giving us as much information about you as possible and we will be in touch soon!

"When I first joined the company I started as a Case Manager Assistant and within 3 weeks I was promoted to a Case Manager! The training that I had acquired as an Assistant laid a solid foundation for the extended training that was required to become a Case Manager. Everyone in the team was very welcoming and kind, and they were happy to help me with any queries that I had.

The office is a friendly, welcoming, happy and safe place and everyone has a laugh whilst working hard. This job is a fantastic opportunity to start my career and I would highly recommended working here to anyone."
