About us & the role:
We are a dynamic, innovative and successful Company, based in the centre of Chichester and looking to recruit Tele-Sales Advisers due to increased business volumes.  Your main responsibility would be to sell life insurance over the telephone to applicants who have already expressed an interest in life insurance, so there is no cold calling. You'll need to understand their needs, explain the products and run various quotes. The hours are 37.5 in total for the full time role to include some weekday evenings to 8pm.  The part-time hours are 5pm to 9pm, Monday to Thursday, with a minimum of 12 hours.
 
Pay & benefits:
We pay a competitive salary, £20K plus commission of at least £4K per year. Part timers would be paid £10.26 per hour plus generous commission (uncapped). We have smart city centre offices, offer loads of extra benefits and have fun whilst we work hard!  Additionally we provide extensive training and have plenty of development opportunities.
