The Music Service provides high-quality music education to pre-school children and pupils in West Sussex schools. It gives instrumental music lessons to pupils in small groups and offers individual lessons to pupils of special musical ability. There is also an extensive range of bands, orchestras, choirs and ensembles at every level.

We are looking for a suitably qualified person with experience of financial administration and excellent customer care skills, who is able to offer flexible working arrangements to fit in with the fluctuating demands of the role.

The role will involve:

· Maintaining a database of instrumental music activities, including raising and adjusting invoices
· Producing management information reports
· Responding to queries by telephone and letter
· Liaising with colleagues and other WSCC departments
