Expanding organisation in Farnham are seeking a Social Media & Content Specialist to join the marketing team who has a couple of year's previous experience and has owned the social media and content function for a company previously.

Main duties will include:

• Develop social media channels to engage audiences
• Build communities of followers
• Create engaging creative social media content
• Drive the social media content calendar
• Develop and own the analytics for the social media platforms, providing analysis, insights and reporting on ROI
• Help build and support the implementation of the social media strategy, including social media guidelines
• Develop, collate and distribute off and on line content
• Drive brand awareness through different platforms including web, social media, events, print, and email
• Write and develop creative content for all platforms including video production and infographics
• Maintain a library of assets and content
• Help manage social media PPC campaigns

Skills/Experience:

• Strong background in social media campaigns and digital content
• Proven track record in creating original content writing
• Able to convey passion within your storytelling
• Competent in social media management systems
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) with at least an intermediate level of Excel
• Ideally you will be comfortable with public speaking experience, such as presentations, panels, launches, etc.
• Comfortable on camera (opportunity to be Brand Ambassador in video and social)
• B2B experience in SAAS or Professional Services
• IDM/CIM qualification preferred

Hours of Work

• Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch (Mon-Thurs) and 8.30am – 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch (Fri)
