Based at our Worthing office, you will be part of our county wide WorkAid team supporting people with a learning disability or Autistic Spectrum Condition to find paid and voluntary work.  This is a varied and exciting role with a focus on employment and you will be working with employers, schools, colleges, and other professionals. 
 
WorkAid services include vocational training, support with job profiling, job search, skills matching, interview skills, work tasters, work experience and development of 'soft' skills, job coaching.   
  
The contractual hours for this post are 22.5 hours per week
