IT Helpdesk Engineer - Goodwood
We are looking for a Helpdesk Engineer to join the internal IT Helpdesk team based at the Goodwood Motor Circuit. This is a new role to broaden the scope and capacity of the IT team, dealing with all aspects of the day to day IT Helpdesk requirements for the many businesses at Goodwood.
The successful candidate will have experience of working on a Helpdesk supporting a small to medium sized business. You will have an excellent level of technical knowledge both in hardware and software and the ability to apply that knowledge in a structured approach to diagnose and resolve issues to deliver the best possible service to internal customers.
You will have a strong commitment to customer care and a desire to work in an exciting environment as well as a sense of humour and a desire to achieve.
Due to the rural location of the Goodwood Estate, own transport is essential.
