Glen Vue day centre is one of WSCC specialist day services.

An opportunity has occurred to work as part of a small team piloting a new reablement scheme based at Glen Vue Day centre ,East Grinstead.

You will work under the direction of the Assistant manager/OT over seeing this reablement service. Working with individuals and groups with activities that promote independence. With your help people who will be on a short term programme will learn and re learn skills needed for every day life.

You will demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability t develop relationships with a range of people, those using the service, carers, team colleagues and internal and external partner.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, through training relevant to your grade and position and through mentoring.
