L'Arche Bognor Regis is a vibrant and diverse ecumenical Christian Community based in Bognor Regis for almost 40 years. We are committed to supporting people with learning disabilities in achieving their full potential in both residential and day services.
This key role involves working alongside the existing administrative officer to;
- Ensure the effective administration of communication both within the community and with external partners
- Help coordinate events across the year and assist in the marketing of l'Arche Bognor Regis locally
- Source, coordinate and support volunteers
- Guarantee effective local fundraising and support the administration of finance tasks
- Support processes around recruitment
- Undertake administrative duties such as minute-taking and report-writing, helping to manage a busy office environment
Key skills required:
- Effective organiser of time, information and self
- Clear communicator
- Experience of administrative work
- Desire to be a member of an ecumenical, Christian community and uphold the values of l'Arche
