This post holder will work in conjunction with the Head of Orchestral Studies, the Performance Development Coordinator and the Head of Department to support the learning and teaching of all relevant percussion activities including devising a stimulating and challenging curriculum for a weekly percussion ensemble, one to one teaching and support within larger ensembles within the Music Department.
It's essential you have the knowledge and ability to successfully convey advanced concepts relating to percussion technique and musicality and the ability to incorporate theoretical and practical learning with confidence.
