Reporting to the Head of Legal the post holder will provide expert legal support to the Commercial, Partnership Management and Procurement Teams. You will help deliver robust and clear commercial advice, including negotiating and reviewing sponsorship, procurement and supply contracts, and will assist with commercial litigation and compliance issues as well as Goodwood's dynamic intellectual property strategy.
Previous in-house experience is highly desirable

What do you need to be successful?

• Be articulate and resourceful
• At least 3 years PQE with prior experience in a legal environment.
• Have a solid academic track record
• Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with a wide variety of stakeholders
• Demonstrate a strong ability to influence negotiation to deliver the right outcomes
• Be able to prioritise, organise and manage a diverse and complex workload and to work effectively under pressure
