Care coordinator
Location; Durrington-on-sea, Worthing West Sussex

Duties include;
Scheduling care staff to Customers in a specific area using rostering software
Liaising with and directing care staff and customers
Growing hours in your area
Developing a strong relationship with staff, Customers and others in your area
Covering our out-of-hours phone on a shared rotation basis (an additional 200 per weekend) on a 1 weekend in 6 basis
Required experience;
1 year Care Coordinating experience desirable. However, you must have a minimum of 2 years health or social care experience
Health and Social Care Diploma or NVQ minimum level 2 or working towards

You will;
Be able to meet deadlines
Work calmly under pressure in a busy office environment
Have an excellent telephone manner and good communication skills
Good attention to detail
Work well in a team
Strong IT skills
Have a great sense of humour!

We will provide full training and support
You must have a full clear DBS
You must hold a current full drivers license
