We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader within HR Shared Services. We are looking for a dynamic individual who will take ownership of the customer journey and continually look for ways to make improvements. This is a high profile role, and you will be required to represent our organisation and ensure relationships with our partners are established and fostered. You will be responsible for a small team and will be required to develop a highly skilled, diverse and motivated team to meet the needs of HR Shared Services. As this role is centred on Customer Service, you are required to analyse and provide commentary on complaint data and trends relating to volumes and quality monitoring.
