L'Arche is a vibrant, faith-based charity supporting people with learning disabilities in and around Bognor Regis, in residential, supported living and day services.

We looking to employ Support Assistants on a part time and full time basis. Salary Band between £7.85 ph and £8.32 ph depending on experience. We provide excellent training, competitive salary and pension.

The role involves working within a team which will support up to seven people with learning disabilities living in their own homes.

Key skills:

• To be passionate about enabling people with learning disabilities to grow in their empowerment and independence
• Be a strong communicator
• Possess a desire to be a member of an ecumenical, Christian Community

It is desirable that you have at least one year experience of supporting people with learning disabilities or another vulnerable group. A clean, current UK or EU driving license is desirable.

You would need to be eligible to work in the UK.
