Do you care about making a difference for young people? Do you want to work for a dynamic organisation that is passionate about inspiring and preparing young people for the transition to the world of work?

We are expanding our work and now looking for the right individuals to work with schools in the Solent region. Applicants need to be willing to travel to schools between the New Forest to the west of our area and Chichester to the east.

The ideal applicant will have experience of Careers Guidance and of delivering events of programmes with young people. You will be someone who cares about creating opportunities for young people and you will be flexible and adaptable and willing to deliver 1:1 interviews as well as employer led sessions and large events in schools.
