The University has published a new People Strategy which incorporates significant new HR projects, which will introduce a range of changes into the University so that it can meet its strategic aims.  A new Performance and Development Review Scheme has been designed which incorporates a Performance Assessment and Behavioural framework which will be implemented using new IT technology.  We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to engage with stakeholders across the University to facilitate, support and embed the resultant business changes.

Educated to degree level with a recognised Business Analysis qualification or extensive business analysis experience you will be able demonstrate outstanding analytical and influencing skills.  You will work very closely with members of the Learning & Development team and HR managers, as well as interfacing with the software provider and you should therefore have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
