Goodwood Home Farm has been supplying food to the Dukes of Richmond for over 300 years. With 3,400 acres of organically managed farm land it is the largest self-sustaining lowland organic farm in Europe .  Organic food produced and sold on the Estate includes milk, dairy products (including soft and hard cheeses), beef, lamb, pork, ham and award winning sausages, bacon and burgers.

We are looking for a full time General Farm Worker.

Duties will include everything from ploughing and cultivating, through to mucking out and equipment maintenance. 

You'll also assist with feeding stock, fencing, straw carting and loading.  

You must have proven relevant experience in driving agricultural machinery and basic maintenance.

A Fork Lift licence is essential. Agricultural qualifications, a trailer license and chainsaw operator's license would be beneficial.

You will have excellent communication skills and be a strong team player as well as have a flexible approach to work.
