The purpose of the Driver Technician 2 (DT2) is to deliver, install, demonstrate and collect equipment to, in and from both service user’s homes and establishments. Provide a competent repair and maintenance services were required. Ensuring at all times, standards of service as specified by the company are met and where possible exceeded. The DT2 is responsible for their own and any other persons who may be impacted on by their actions for their health and safety. They are also responsible in supporting management in the development and maintenance of a culture that is fully supportive and compliant with the NRS Health & Safety Management System (H&SMS). Contracted hours are 37.5 Monday - Saturday

Key Attributes • Have good interpersonal skills • Disability awareness • Self motivated but able to work as part of a team • Manual Dexterity • Good route planning and organisational skills • Competent DIY skills • Physically able to lift and carry loads within the H&S Manual Handling criteria. • Have a clean, relevant and in date driving licence • Fluent in English • Evidence to show competence in the reading and understanding of English • Able to work under pressure
