PA/Administrator to CEO
Salary - 9.00 per hour
Working Hours – 15 per week to be agreed (Some evenings required)
Initially a 6 months contract with the potential to be extended further.
Crossroads Care has a vacancy for a PA/administrator to CEO. The successful candidate will have a proven background in administration and minute taking , be computer literate and competent with Microsoft Office. The post centres predominantly around preparing documents prior to board meetings, taking minutes at board meetings, typing them up and distributing them to the relevant trustees or other staff in a timely manner.
Some of these meetings may take place in the evening, but these number just a few over the year. Working in conjunction with the CEO, there is a need for confidentiality and accuracy.
This is an office-based post, initially working from the head office in Climping and then from our new office location (TBC).
