This role will be on a temporary fixed term contract for a period of up to one year to cover a staff secondment.

This temporary position for a period up to one year will provide general support to the Conference and Accommodation teams including professional and welcoming administrative, reception and housekeeping service to students, staff and visitors to the University and proactively communicate and assist regarding residential and conference operations.
It's essential you can deliver the highest level of customer service providing a welcoming, supportive and informative environment at all times to actively enhance the service with both students and external customers. You will be responding positively to queries from staff, managers, students and customers.
We are looking for a proactive, versatile, flexible post holder with recent to join our supportive and friendly Estate Management Team.
