An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Chichester office for an experienced Flights and Ticketing Specialist to join our busy Flights and Ticketing team.

The role will involve accurately issuing all tickets within the department to prevent ADMs and save costs where possible in accordance with Scott Dunn procedures. You will also assist with training team members in all aspects of flights, and provide a helpdesk for the sales team with fare queries. You will also be providing daily support and basic training from PNR creation to the pricing of the PNR using published and nett (CAT25/35) fares. You will also be responsible for the investigation of Agency Debit Memos.

This role does require out of hours coverage and support

Essential requirements

• Strong knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre and fully conversant in all aspects of ticket issuance including ability to manual build fare quotes
• Familiar with airline contracts and procedures
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Good time management and organisational skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong numerical skills
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Good geographical knowledge
