L'Arche Bognor Regis is a Community of people with and without learning disabilities, who live and work together.

We have vacancies for two Registered House Leader posts. The salary will be £22,110 - £23,838 depending on previous experience and qualifications (L'Arche or otherwise). 

The successful applicant will be a Registered Manager fulfilling the responsibilities as set out by the Care Quality Commission, responsible for leading and managing a care service, supervising a team, fostering and encouraging mutual relationships among all members of the house, assuring that the people with learning disabilities live full lives and nurturing the community life of the house.
