Aldingbourne Enterprises located in Fratton, Portsmouth is a new and exciting project which is a thriving venue of creative activity to support people with a learning disability to develop their skills with retail, catering and creative arts.

As Vintage Cafe Lead Support Worker you will be responsible for taking the lead in ensuring all Food Safety Standards are met; supervising your Cafe Support Worker and creating delicious home cooked lunches and freshly made cakes creating a "Vintage Tea Room" brand. A key element of your role will be to train and support adults with learning disabilities within a safe learning environment ensuring all customers receive the highest standard of service at all times.

As part of the role, you will be required to be flexible and cover both the retail and creative arts roles and flexibility of working hours is required as some evening and weekend shifts are expected.

The contractual hours for this post are 30 hours per week working four days in six,

including some evening, weekend and public holidays.
