We are currently seeking an experienced careers/recruitment professional with a background in either graduate recruitment or careers guidance to lead our Careers and Employability team. The Head of Employability will manage a professional careers (IAEG) service and the management of job/career and internship opportunities, working closely with a range of professional services, all academic departments, our Students' Union and with the University's Development & Alumni Team to engage with our alumni body.

You will be qualified to degree level, with a professional qualification in careers guidance recognised by either the Career Development Institute or equivalent. In addition, you will have strong leadership and management skills, the ability to develop internal and external relationships to further the aim of high employability for our graduates and be skilled in the innovative use of technology to support student engagement and employability training.
