Both have over 20 years' experience of working in the Health & Social Care Sector and you can be confident they will train you to be one of the best in all aspects of the Health & Social Care recruitment. The Health & Social Care sector has seen huge growth recently and is rapidly expanding into the Hampshire area alongside a healthy and well-established Client base in West Sussex. You will be paid a generous salary, commission, pension scheme and private health care (after qualifying period), the holidays aren't bad either! Starting off in the first year at 28 days (including bank holidays) and rising in future years.

Your duties will include some of the following:- Day to day contact with our Clients, searching for and selecting suitable Candidates to register, maximising all available resources to advertise for good quality Candidates. You can expect to accompany Cheska or Lou on Client visits so you will get to know who you are speaking to! Adhere to ISO procedures, assist with payroll by checking timesheets and ensuring summary sheets are correct before sending to head office for processing. Covering shifts that Clients call through, liaising with Candidates on a regular basis to ascertain their wellbeing and availability to work. You will need to be computer literate and have a sound working knowledge of the Health & Social Care Sector.

Our Health & Social Team support, Residential and Nursing Homes, Children & Young People Services, Young People that are experiencing issues with Alcohol & Substance Misuse, Homeless and Young Parenting, young and older people who have learning disabilities and deal with both agency and permanent position. We have a great reputation and work closely with our Clients as well as our Candidates.
