We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Implementations Team.  You will be responsible for setting up new payrolls for clients in countries across the Globe, ensuring that the client is fully compliant with the employment laws and statutory requirements of each country.  An understanding of international payroll and employment law is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.  A methodical approach is key to this position, and the ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously.  Multi-tasking is a must and the ability to keep a clear head, particularly when deadlines approach.

If you are keen to develop your career in a fast moving and growing company, you have lots of drive and enthusiasm, and have exceptional Microsoft skills (particularly Outlook and Excel), this may be the job for you. You will develop good working relationships with all clients, in many different countries and across different time zones.  Excellent customer care skills are a prerequisite. Conversational French, German or Italian would also be helpful.

Our air-conditioned offices are located on the outskirts of Chichester, with plenty of parking.  We offer a competitive salary package, with pension scheme and other incentives.
