This Senior Developer role is within a growing software development agency based just East of Chichester, who specialise in the development of insurance product solutions. As leaders within the marketplace and with the recent intake of exciting projects, they are looking to expand their Software Development team.

As a Senior Developer you will lead discussions on architectural and technical solutions for project requirements, as well as participating in code reviews. You will also provide support to the more Junior Develops; providing them with Technical Knowledge and guidance. You will use your knowledge of working with Agile methodologies to drive development and ensure 'completed' code is delivered on agreed timescales.

Naturally, you will be a strong communicator and possess organisational and proactive traits. You will be joining a sociable team; therefore, eagerness to work within a team is a must. You will have a number of years' commercial development experience and will be well-versed in SQL Server, Javascript, JQuery as well as having experience developing utilising Agile methodologies.

Salary is £40'000 - £50'000, dependent on level of experience. You will be working a standard 37.5 hour week; starting at 9:00 and finishing at 5:30. There will be ongoing training in areas that you might want a refresher on.
