Advanced Practitioners – Children’s Social Work 37,858 to 40,619 per annum Permanent, Full-time and Part-time Based in Horsham or Worthing

As an Advanced Practitioner, you will provide expert advice and support to social work teams, mentoring /coaching of staff and supporting the development of reflective and relationship based practice

Ready to share your great ideas, great practice and great outcomes, you will lead on practice within a specialist service area and contribute to training and practice development across the wider service.

Within the Children Looked After service, we are particularly looking for experienced social workers who are passionate about making a difference and want to specialise in one of the following areas:

• Court work
• Permanence and Adoption

You will provide expert advice and support to social work teams, mentoring /coaching of staff and supporting the development of reflective and relationship based practice.

You will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
