We are after 2 driven Junior Developers / recent Graduates who are keen to progress their careers and gain more autonomy and exposure in a smaller company.

You'll be working for a small to medium sized company in West Sussex, the environment is fast paced but staff are friendly and welcoming. There is often a buzz about the place because of how busy they can get. The IT department is relatively small but with continued growth and an amazing new contract that they have won, they need to expand their team.

They would love to take on a couple of Developers who are perhaps earlier on in their career and are looking for a role that they can really get their teeth into. You would be supported/mentored by two experienced IT gurus and get an opportunity to assist with major projects.

Recent graduates (with a degree in an IT based qualification) who have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio.net (Visual Basic), Microsoft Sql Server, Javascript, and Jquery.

You would be involved with building a front and back office system for an existing financial company which is a large project, as well as helping to manage their network, which uses Active Directory. Obviously anyone with knowledge of Active Directory would be brilliant but they are happy to provide training on this if you have the other skills.

This is a Permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.30pm) with ongoing training and opportunities for progression. They are busy so you could start straight away!
