We are looking for a Catering Assistant to work at Herons Dale School for County Catering. This post will be Term Time only 16.25 hours per week, 10.45am-2.00pm.

The Catering Assistant will assist the Cook Supervisor to prepare, cook and serve school meals. You will also be required to carry out all aspects of kitchen duties to comply with Health & Safety and Hygiene regulations.

You will have good written skills for completion of documents and good verbal communication skills required to communicate with special needs pupils to encourage healthy eating choices and ensure a positive lunchtime experience.

Previous experience is an advantage but full training will be provided to the right applicant.
