Are you a professional Secretary who enjoys working within a varied role and have good audio typing skills then we have just the position for you, working as a Receptionist Secretary. The company is based in Chichester within walking distance of the shops and tea rooms and is offering a choice of working hours either Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm or 9.30 am to 3.00 pm. A competitive salary of £20,000 is being offered for this position on a full-time basis and will be reduced slightly for reduced hours.

Duties include audio typing, processing incoming/outgoing communications, reception duties, arranging meetings/conference calls etc., diary management, organising travel, preparing documents of a highly confidential & sensitive nature, co-ordinating Board papers, producing letters, memos & minutes, issuing invoices, producing & updating simple spreadsheets, processing expenses and general administration duties.
