We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to work as part of a dedicated project team to support the development and delivery of a high quality recruitment and retention campaign for the Care Sector within the County of West Sussex.

Working in partnership with Care Providers, Commissioners, the Communication’s team, the Organisation Development Team, other authorities and stakeholders you will produce workforce plans and solutions to increase and promote the care workforce so that there is a thriving and sustainable market to support the growing demand for care. You will be working to support our partners to recruit and retain a value’s driven workforce with the skills needed to deliver a high quality service to the residents of West Sussex. The focus will be on care and support at home, residential care, extra-care housing and Adult’s Services in-house provider services for older people.

In addition to your extensive knowledge of HR and management/ business concepts , you should possess excellent communication skills to influence others in order to build effective working relationships and deliver appropriate action by means of creative and pragmatic solutions.
